The program includes:

• Your monthly supply of custom medications and supplements w/ flexibility for your provider to alter dosing and / or medications themselves at no addition cost to you.
• Total access to our VIP Patient Success Team to address ongoing questions and / or concerns

Medications are sent in 60-day cycles. As long as you are actively enrolled in the program you prescriptions will auto-refill 50 days after receipt of previous prescriptions to ensure you receive delivery in a timely fashion and do not run out of medication(s).

There is no long-term commitment. Simply put, short term 60-day commitments only. You can cancel anytime, a simple 30-day cancellation policy is required. Which typically means you will incur one more billing cycle. So minimally you are committing to 2-months only. The program will auto renew as long as you are actively enrolled in the program(s).

Rx Harmony will periodically send patient reported outcome measurement assessments (PROM's). To help provide feedback to your healthcare provider on the effectiveness of your personalized treatment plan.

We provide Bio-identical hormones and peptides from a PCCA  & PCAB accredited pharmacy utilizing vetted protocols. These protocols are designed by hormone specialists with many years of experience in the field of functional and anti-aging medicine.
